In response to federal and state governments’ Mega Construction Project initiatives, TCE established its Construction Management Division that focuses on construction management and engineering services for the transportation and construction industry. Our Construction Management Division is led by Quinten Washington. Mr. Washington has over 25 years of U.S. and international experience involving engineering and construction, contract disputes, project management, project development and construction management and is certified as a Construction Manager by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
